WATCHING TOO MUCH NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC BRINGS OUT THE ANIMAL IN ME!
hahahaha just kidding..
whoa... i've spent the afternoon yesterday watching some stuffs from NGC.. about snakes, crocodiles... and MORE.. i've always enjoyed watching those things.. animal instinct, how they catch their prey, how do they defend themselves... all of these leads to one goal--->TO SURVIVE.. survivial of the fittest huh? I can only imagine myself out there in Africa dealing with those animals.. wow.. how i wish i could spend a day with snakes,crocodiles (all those animals i see in NGC!!!) hahaha take note, isang araw lang..
so to share things that remained in my brain cells:
why do snakes stick their tongues out? haha ahuh like this :P
Snakes stick their tongues out to sense whether they're dealing with a friend, a prey or a predator. It acts like a nose(well, that's what they said "nose" but basically it's a tongue. whatever lol). so from sticking out their tongues, they gather particles from the area and then draws it back inside.. these particles are then examined in this particular gland snakes have (i forgot the name of that "particular gland"). and that's it.. The reason why the hell they're always doing this: :p HAHAHA did i make sense at all??? oh well.. it's for your brain cells to handle this crap :P
can you imagine if humans were made to stick their tongues as well??? HAHAHA that would suck BIG TIME but then again... suckers RULE... so it's ok.. i can imagine people at food chains sticking their tongues out (outside then inside then outside then inside LOL).. haha just like a snake... oh well..
by the way.. Today's December 22. Pepe's & Bugs' Birthday..
